The good news keep coming. HCL has now opened a portal which provides Customers and Partners a single point of contact for information, software download and support.
And the new portal is running on the software that the new division HCL Software will be selling, namely Domino and Portal! Practicing what you preach is always a good sign to send both your potential and existing customers.
In the portal Customers and Partners now has one URL where they can can receive product information, purchase software, receive support, connect with other partners, and get information on who to contact where.
HCL announced this portal, as well as the finalisation of the acquisition of the IBM Collaboration Solutions portal in a press release yesterday. Here’s a quote:
